After being diagnosed with an Auto Immune Disease and adopting a new way of eating, the Auto Immune Protocol diet, a large part of my research and support came from a few sources online. I am so happy to share these with you because they really have helped me. I found support and encouragement to continue on, ask questions and make new supportive friendships. I also discovered several websites that had recipes and information that gave me answers and inspiration. When you are experiencing health problems of any kind it is completely normal to feel fear, anger, sadness and even mourn your old lifestyle. Your life is changed and for some of us this change is permanent. We need all the support we can get!
