These meatball are really good. I did not expect them to be so flavorful. I think these have just the right amount of all herbs and spices! Let me know what you think...
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs high quality ground grass-fed beef
1 ½ lbs high quality ground pork
½ medium onion, grated (aprox. ¼ cup)
1 gelatin egg - Recipe Here
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper (only if you have reintroduced!)

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated. form into small balls. Pan fry on med/high heat in olive oil until cooked through and firm to the touch. Turn meatballs as they cook and brown all sides.
