1 large onion
3 fresh garlic cloves
1/2 pound high quality bacon
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs dry poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste (only add pepper if you have reintroduced it)
Pre Heat Oven to 450 degrees
Cut Cauliflower in small florets.
Chop onion into small 1/8 inch pieces
Roughly chop garlic cloves
Chop bacon into small 1/8 inch pieces
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl
Melt coconut oil and pour into mixing bowl
Pour olive oil in mixing bowl
Add poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to mixing bowl
Toss all ingredients together , until well coated
Spread out ingredients on a large foil lined baking sheet with an edge so butter does not run into the bottom of your oven!
Everything should be in 1 single layer to roast correctly, place in oven for 30 min.
Remove and turn with spatula, bake another 10 min or so until a nice roasted brown color is on the tips.
