Olive tapenade is a fabulous flavorful topping for almost anything! It is great on fish or chicken ;0) You could also serve this with some AIP or Paleo crackers or flat bread.
Ingredients
1/2 pound pitted olives (any variety)
2 anchovy fillets
1 small clove of garlic
2 tbs capers
2-3 fresh basil leaves
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil

Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a course paste forms. Scrape down the sides of the processor as needed. Serve and enjoy!
