This recipe can be used in place of 1 egg. On a side note if a recipe calls for more than 3 eggs, gelatin eggs may not work well as a replacement.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon high quality Gelatin (Order Here)
1 tablespoon room-temp or cool water
2 tablespoons boiling or very hot water
1 tablespoon room-temp or cool water
2 tablespoons boiling or very hot water
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the gelatin into the cool water.
Add the hot water and whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved and frothy. Use your "egg" in recipe immediately, since it will solidify as it sits.
