Ingredients
1 head of lettuce (your choice) - chopped
1 cup of fresh spinach - chopped
1 fennel - chopped fine
1 can of natural olives chopped (no dies)
1 avocado sliced
2 slices of turkey per salad - chopped
2 slices of bacon per salad - chopped
1 carrot per salad - shredded
1 can of artichoke hearts - quartered
1 small head of red cabbage - slices thin
1 fresh green onion. - rough chopped

Directions
Prepare all your toppings as directed above. Prepare your lettuce and blend with fresh spinach. Pan fry your bacon pieces until crisp. Arrange all your toppings over your lettuce for a beautiful presentation. Serve and Enjoy!
